About the Villa
Azatis Luxury Villa in Chania is a luxurious retreat in Crete that combines elegance, comfort, and the pleasures of high-quality living. Designed to provide maximum privacy for large groups, the villa spans an impressive 360 square meters and is structured as 2 independent, one-level residences connected by an external staircase. This layout allows for multiple families or groups to coexist with complete privacy and separate living spaces. Two stunning pools also await to provide serene relaxation.

The villa features a total of 7 elegantly designed bedrooms and 7 modern bathrooms (6 ensuite and 1 non-ensuite), complemented by a stunning heated (at an extra cost) outdoor pool with children’s section and a hydromassage corner.
Each of the two separate floors includes its own living area, contemporary indoor dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms feature queen-size beds that can be converted into two single beds for ultimate flexibility. This structure truly offers the luxury of one villa with the convenience of two homes.

Our villa is built around one simple idea: your holidays should feel effortless from the moment you arrive. Mornings begin with coffee on the wide veranda as the sun reaches the pool and the sea comes into view, while children play on the grass or in the shallow part of the water and adults relax under the pergola.
With everything on a single level and seven ensuite bedrooms, the layout works perfectly for larger groups and multigenerational families, and the fully fenced property with private parking, quiet lounge corners, regular housekeeping and the support of the Be On Holidays team keeps your stay smooth and truly stress free.

The house is massive and extremely modern. The free space is impressive. The outdoor is unreal – colossal pool and huge 12 seat dining table partially surrounded by a fully functional outdoor kitchen with olive grove behind it. Views are spectacular.
